This website is operated by Nassim Perfumes (ABN 16 960 588 919), a fragrance house based in Adelaide, South Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Every scent we sell is our own composition, blended and hand-filled by us. Where a product is described as inspired by a well-known fragrance, that name is used only to describe its scent character. Nassim Perfumes is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the houses named, and all trade marks remain the property of their owners. Our bottles, our labels and our formulas are our own.

Custom blends are mixed to order from the recipe you compose. Because scent chemistry is personal, we cannot promise exactly how an experimental combination will wear on your skin. House blends are combinations we have mixed and tested ourselves.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or a supply issue), we will contact you and refund in full.

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email and are valid for three years from the date of purchase, with the expiry date shown on the card. They can be redeemed online at checkout or in store, in part or in full, and any unspent balance remains on the card until it is used or the card expires. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, are not reloadable, and carry no post-purchase fees. Please treat your code like cash: we cannot restore a balance spent by someone who obtained your code.

Delivery timeframes, costs and our returns policy are set out on the Shipping and Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The content of this site (text, photography, branding and the Scent Lab tools) belongs to Nassim Perfumes and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, and always subject to the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the amount you paid for it.
